Ingredients for 4 persons
-600 grams of varied fresh mushrooms (in autumn its sale in fruit stores, ambulant positions or supermarkets is habitual, you will find them without problems)
-2 cloves of garlic
-1 big onion
-1 liter of broth of vegetables (you can do it or buy it prepared, also you can use broth of another type, chicken, etc.)
